We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions (General, Wedding Day, Engagement Session) for your convenience. If you’re wondering, yes, all of these questions actually have been asked, as specific or as general as some of them may sound. Q: “Do you shoot in JPEG, or Raw?”

A: We shoot most of our images in RAW.

Q: “Do you Edit all the images in our image download?”

A: Yes we do. Every image we deliver is post produced with our unique style of basic post production. This involves color correction, exposure adjustment, selective black and white processing, clarity adjustments, tone-mapping, and other corrections.

Q: “Has your work/photos been published?”

A: Yes. Our work is well reviewed and we are published wedding photographers for our artistic and creative skills coupled with a great eye for detail and commitment to excellent client satisfaction and value. See Our Publications

Q: “Do you deliver every image you shoot?”

A: No we do not. We eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad expressions and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery. For example, if we shoot with low apertures, sometimes we take a few extra shots to make sure we have the perfect focus. We don’t expect you to have the expertise or the time to zoom into each image to select the one with the sharpest focus, so we spend hours doing that on our end. In another example, candid laughs and emotional tears are some of the best images from the day. Unfortunately, they can also yield some unflattering facial expressions. We might snap a few extras of any of these moments to make sure we have a great shot with the ideal expression for the moment. With our expertise if processing millions of images each year, we may eliminate ones that we feel are duplicates and only deliver the best one.

Q: “Does your studio provide Videography services?”

A: No. Unfortunately at this point we do not provide videography services.

Q: “Do you have liability insurance?”

A: Yes. Many venues require the photographer to have Liability Insurance. So before hiring Uncle Joe, make sure he’s covered.

Q: “Does your studio do headshots, individual portraits, family portraits, Senior portraits or other types of photography?”

A: Yes. We do have experience in all other fields of photography and we will be more than happy to do any of those services for you.

Q: “Do you shoot Quinceaneras, Debutants, Bah Mitzvahs, or Corporate Events?”

A: Yes. These are all considered ‘event photography’ and we would love to cover your celebration.

Q: Do you provide the un-edited raw image files?

A: No. We do not provide the un-edited raw images with any of our packages/sessions. This is to protect our personal creative branding and style as a small business. Please view our work throughout our website, Pinterest and Facebook page to make sure we are a good match before booking with us

Q: “What rights do I have to the digital prints?”

A: You have the right to reprint images whenever you want, wherever you want. We will provide you with a print release form, which allows you to print your photos anywhere you’d like! Forget about the stress of debating between which photos you want in 5×7 versus 8×10, or which relatives you want to send each photo to. You will have the ultimate freedom to print them where you want, in any size you want, and in any quantity that you want.However you may not sell your images for a profit or publish your images without the written consent of Infinite Pixels By Angel Photography.

Q: “Can I put my photos on Facebook?”

A: Yes! Of course! We love for you to be able to share your photos on-line and that’s why we give them to you in high resolution without distracting watermarks. We only ask to give us credit that this photo was taken by (Infinite Pixels By Angel Photography) either include a link to our Facebook page or website.

Q: “What should I wear to my photo session (Family/ Engagement)?”

A: Wear something you love! You want to feel comfortable during the photo shoot and express yourself and your personality.

Couples and families: A little coordination can go a long way! This doesn’t mean you need to go buy matching Christmas sweaters, but it does mean to plan ahead. Find a color palette that you all like and have fun with it.

Ladies: Dresses, pencil skirts, or jeans with a cute top are always great! Your favorite heels, flats, or tall boots will be perfect.

Guys: Button ups, plain tees, blazers, khakis or jeans will make you look wonderful!

 

Q: “Have you shot at my venue before?”

A: We have shot at many of venues so there is a good chance that we have. If we have not; however, we will be sure to perform a walk through with you (or without) prior to your wedding day.

Q: “How many images do you typically deliver from a Wedding?”

A: It depends to the length of your wedding day (coverage hours). For weddings we typically deliver 60-70 images per hour.

Q: “How long, after the wedding, until we receive our images?”

A: We believe your images are of lasting value and strive to ensure your images are perfect. With that in mind, we realize your will be eager to relive your wedding experience. We always deliver your images withing 4-6 weeks of your wedding day.

Q: “Do you guys do destination weddings? What additional fees are associated with destination weddings?”

A: While Infinite Pixels By Angel Wedding Photography is based in Lone Tree, CO, we serve clients all around the world. Our destination wedding photography packages are simply our standard packages plus the cost of travel and reasonable accommodations if necessary. Q: “How do I reserve you for my date?”

A: All dates are reserved once we receive your signed contract and 40% Non-Refundable Retainer Fee.

Q: “What is the next Step if I want to book my wedding?”

A: First, contact us to check our availability for your wedding. If we have your date open, we’ll set up a meeting to get to know each other better. We’ll discuss your wedding day, answer any questions you might have, and ultimately, find out if we’re a good fit. Second,When you are ready to book us, simply e-mail info@infinitepixelsbyangel.com and we will e-mail you an agreement to sign. A 40% Retainer Fee and a signed agreement are required at the time of booking to hold your wedding date. After that, we’re all set to go!

Q: “If we cancel the wedding, will we receive our retainer/deposit back?”

A: Unfortunately NO. Retainer/ Deposits are use to reserve your date. Once we have reserved your date we do not accept new clients for your date.

Q: “If we change our wedding to a different date, will we be able to use our Retainer/Deposit towards a future date?”

A: Yes. However, if rates change from the your original date to your new date, the new rates will apply

Q: “How many hours do you suggest we set aside for wedding day photo’s?”

A: The amount of time we suggest you set aside for photos depends on the time of day. Preparation Shots – Duration: 1.5 hours Ideally we would have 45 minutes for the girls and 45 minutes with the guys. Couples session – Duration: 1 hour to 1.5 hours We highly suggest doing this before the ceremony in conjunction with a “first look.” That way you can enjoy the rest of your day without having to worry about taking too much time out for photo’s. Also this is when the makeup and hair are fresh. We’ll set up a first look moment so it’ll still be a surprise when you see each other. Be sure to give us at least a full hour so we can capture the amazing shots you see in our portfolio. Family Formals – Duration: 1 hour Have a list of pictures that you want with your family/friends right after the ceremony. Typically this is done at the altar but we can do it any location you’d like. Also, have one person from each side of the family that is really organized (and loud) to move people in and out of photo’s. Bridal Party – Duration: 0.5 hour to 1 hour This is where we take the bridal party out for some fun shots. This is also nice to handle before the ceremony so that you can rest and enjoy your day afterwards.

Q: “What happens if we go over the contracted amount of time?”

A: We understand that not everything goes as planned during a wedding. We never pack up before the contracted time; and moreover we’re not leaving on the dot when the contracted time is up. Instead, we will ask you at the end of your contracted time whether or not you would like to extend. If you would like us to stay, we will charge the rates specified in your contract rounded to the closest 15 minute increment.

Q: “What type of products do you offer? Albums, USB, CD?”

A: We offer many different Album types and USBs. All our Albums are Flush-Mount Albums. We offer Crystal Cover, Leather Cover and Hard Cover albums. Our USB are unique and we also offer a fully Custom USB for those brides that want it Customized. To See sample of our products please CLICK HERE

Q: “When can we expect to see our photo’s from our engagement session?”

A: Post production for engagement sessions are completed within TWO weeks after the date of the shoot. If you require the images to be completed prior to TWO weeks after the date of the shoot, a rush-process fee of $250.00 will be charged.

Q: “When should we do our engagement session?” A: We encourage you to do your engagement session as soon as possible. The latest we suggest is at least eight weeks prior to the wedding date due to the time necessary to post produce each image (2 weeks) and complete your product order(s).

Q: “How many images do you typically deliver from an engagement session?”

A: We typically deliver anywhere from 30-50 images per 1 to 1.5 hour engagement shoot.

Q: “When and where can we view our engagement pictures?” A: After we are done with post production (2 weeks from the session day), your images will be uploaded to your Private On-line gallery. We will send you an e-mail with the link and password and you can view/share and download your images from your gallery for free. (you will have the copyrights to your engagement photos)

Q: “What do I wear to my Engagement Session?”

A: The goal of the engagement photo is to capture you as you appear in everyday life together and show how comfortable you are with each other.The most important thing about any shoot is being yourself- if you never wear a dress, don’t wear one for the shoot.  Relax and have fun! Q: “How long after the session does it take to get all of our edited images?”

A: It typically takes 2-3 weeks for full editing completion. It’s probably tempting to ask us how the progression is going, but just know we are working very diligently to finish your beautiful images in a timely, yet quality manner.

Q: “How can I reserve my session date?Can you hold my date?”

A: We require a $150 non-refundable retainer along with a signed contract to reserve your session date. We do not hold a date without a deposit and signed contracts. We book dates on a first come, first serve basis.

Q: “ Does a parent need to be there for the session?”

A: Absolutely. They need to sign the photography contract, bring you to the site, and stay with us for the entire shoot, which takes about an hour. Unfortunately I won’t do any shoots with anyone under 18 without them there, and honestly would ask them to be there even for people over 18 but under 21. Hopefully they can play an active role by holding the light reflectors and even providing input on what poses they prefer. I find that having parents there at all time provides a level of comfort for everyone involved, and makes for a fun session.

Q: “ Are we required to make any purchase?”

A: Absolutely Not! We do not require a purchase of any kind.

Q: “ Do you offer retouching? What doe it cost?”

A: Yes! We offer retouching free of charge. We like simplifying our bringing by including this as a featured freebie for our clients. There are only a few rare cases where the retouching being requested is so extensive that it may be necessary for us to charge a small fee, such as removing braces.

Q: “ Can you give me any idea on what to bring to my session?”

A. Of course! Often, we have found that Seniors regret not bringing things with them once they get to our studio and talk with the photographer about portrait ideas. So, here are some things to think about bringing: If you play sports of any kind, bring your jerseys, equipment/gear, trophies, sports balls etc. (For example, a football player could bring their helmet, pads, jerseys, etc). If you are really into a hobby or playing an instrument of some kind, please feel free to bring the instrument or the things that go along with that hobby. (a camera, drum set, guitar, sheet music, skate board, surf board etc) We have had seniors who are into hunting bring their gun or bow & arrow.Think of it this way, if it defines your life right now or is a big part of who you are, bring it!

Q: “ Can I bring my pet? Is there a charge?”

A. Yes! We love when Seniors bring their pets. There will be an additional $75 charge to your session. We have had snakes, cats, dogs of all kinds, a hedgehog and more. If your pet has a certain toy or sound that really gets their attention, bring it! Many times it’ll help get them to look directly at the camera. We typically will end the session with your pet just so we can avoid getting hair on your clothes until the end. Plan to bring someone along to help watch them until we’re ready for them!

Q: “ How long does my session take?”

A. Senior portrait sessions usually are 1- 1.5 hour.

Q: “When and where can I view my senior portrait pictures?”

A: After we are done with post production (2-3 weeks from the session day), your images will be uploaded to your Private On-line gallery. We will send you/your parents an e-mail with the link and password and you can view/share your images with friends and families. You will choose your favorite images for your prints that was included in your package. After that a CD of your images will be mailed out to you.
